Requests for any technology in the loaner pool should be made by sending an email message to email@example.com. In order to ensure availability of these limited resources, please make your request at least one week in advance. Devices must be picked up at the IT Help Desk on the 4th floor of Morgan Hall between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
We are happy to provide this service, but ask that you treat our equipment with care to ensure its continued availability. When you borrow loaner equipment from IT you will be asked to sign a contract stating that you accept all responsibility for loss of/damages to loaner equipment including covering the replacement cost.
