Don’t allow attendees to unmute in Microsoft Teams meetingsAlso known as “Hard audio mute,” a meeting organizer can toggle “Don’t allow attendees to unmute” on and off during a meeting.
How to use Focus mode in Microsoft Teams meetingsWhen someone is screensharing, an attendee can select Focus remove their view of others’ video feeds. Also, the upcoming Full Screen mode which gives the Teams meetings screen more real estate (hides the computer task bar).
How to use Spotlight in Microsoft Teams meetingsa new capability that allows a meeting “presenter” to lock the “spotlight” focus on a particular person during the Teams meeting – either themselves or an attendee. 
Transcription is now available in MS Word onlineNow you can record your conversations directly in Word for the web, and Transcribe detects different speakers and transcribes them automatically. You can revisit parts of the recording by playing back the time-stamped audio and edit the transcript.
